Food at Abhaig
All foodies most welcome! Vivienne loves to cook and if you have read any of our reviews, you'll see that food figures highly here at Abhaig! Home-baked Granola, Homemade bread, Jams & Marmalade, crumbly buttery shortbread and lots of other bakes made almost daily. Treats a plenty! If we don't make it ourselves,
we source local, Scottish or simply the best quality produce we can.
Breakfast is served from 8.15am until 9.30am (earlier breakfast can be arranged if you have a ferry to catch for example). We ask our guests for a pre-order via Whatsapp from our extensive & delicious menu (another reason to stay longer!) Our 2 -course "served to your table" morning meal will set you
up for the day, we won't leave you hungry!
All guests can help themselves to a choice of top quality teas from Edinburghs' Tea Boutique "Eteaket"
& Lavazza Italian Coffee.
Varied diets can be catered and of course we can be creative for those with specific dietary needs.
Just let us know a little in advance so that we can bring in the produce to suit you.
Choose to add a home-made healthy & luxurious Salad picnic to your day,
they make a great meal on the go for lunch; or later served by platter as a light supper!

& Cheeses plus other home made treats, all ready for you to enjoy!
We have some very good eateries nearby, even walkable - The Ferry Inn and Uig Hotel, some casual cafes nearby too. Plus we are short drives from many other great Skye Restaurants. Booking in advance is
a must, Skye is busy! Most restaurants will offer online booking or you should telephone them
direct to discuss.
We can make the dining room available in the evenings, should you wish to have a takeaway night
or to enjoy an Abhaig "Indoor" picnic! Please ask. We have a strict policy on "no hot food" taken, or food prepared into our guest rooms.
